These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the eb33 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By registering on eb33, creating an account, or using the services, you are expressing your full agreement to each clause of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play on eb33, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. eb33 reserves the right to verify age and may request a national identity card or passport as proof.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts and any balances or bonuses within them will be permanently cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account suspension.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

eb33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however eb33 reserves the right to verify any large transactions.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. eb33 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing a withdrawal request.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit request cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully processed. A withdrawal request can be cancelled before it is approved. In the case of a failed transaction due to a technical error, eb33 will take appropriate action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the user must wager the bonus amount 10 times (10x). Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the eb33 platform.
• A member may not have multiple bonus offers active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If misuse of a bonus or an attempt to exploit system loopholes is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the specific details of the relevant offer.

4.3 VIP Program

eb33's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your gaming activity. eb33 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP evaluation.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

eb33 is committed to ensuring a fair play and transparent gaming environment. Our games are powered by SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on eb33:

5.3 Technical Errors

8.2 Member Rights

In no circumstances shall eb33's total liability exceed the total deposit amount of the relevant member over the preceding 30 days.

Reuse, modification or distribution of these elements without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. The intellectual property of game content belongs to the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).

If any one clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
